Job summary

HireTalent is seeking a Senior Conversational Designer to shape chatbot and voice experiences using Google Cloud and next‑generation AI. You will lead conversation design and migration to Google Dialogflow CX / Conversational Agents.

Collaborate with product, engineering, data, operations and design teams to define KPIs, improve NLU-driven flows, analyze user interactions, and drive continuous improvements across customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in design strategy, product design, or conversational UX.
• Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX / Conversational Agents and chatbot/voicebot design.
• Experience with AWS Lex/Connect, Genesys Cloud, or similar platforms.

Are you passionate about conversational AI, customer experience, and designing smarter digital interactions? Client is looking for a Senior Conversational Designer to help transform chatbot and voice experiences through Google Cloud and next-generation AI.

What You'll Do:

• Lead conversational experience design and support migration to Google Dialogflow CX / Conversational Agents.
• Design complex NLU-driven conversation flows, reusable components, and scalable design systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve chatbot, IVR, and conversational experiences across customer journeys.
• Analyze user interactions, conduct research, identify pain points, and drive continuous improvements.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Design teams to define KPIs and conversational strategy.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in design strategy, product design, or conversational UX.
• Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX / Conversational Agents and chatbot/voicebot design.
• Experience with AWS Lex/Connect, Genesys Cloud, or similar conversational platforms.
• Knowledge of LLMs, Gemini, Vertex AI, Python-based language analysis, or conversational analytics is a plus.
• Healthcare or Medicare customer experience and accessibility experience is highly valued.
