Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a on-site trainer for 2nd shift in Nebraska. You will deliver safety and forklift training, continually improve orientation programs, and ensure all new Team Member documentation is filed promptly.

The role will also cover annual plant training and on-the-job coaching, plus coordinating interpreters when needed and helping new Team Members through the qualification process.

Qualifications

• Experience with safety training and forklift instruction preferred.
• Ability to present to large groups clearly and effectively.
• Must adapt training materials to diverse teams.
• Proficient in standard office software and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure new Team Member documentation is completed and filed.

Other duties include: assess the need for interpreters in various departments for communications clarity and coordinate the assistance of the interpreter; assist in acclimating new Team Members in and around the confines of the facility and with the qualification process; other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS :Experience : Knowledge and understanding of the work performed in the area of responsibility preferred.
