Job summary

Saela Pest in Utah seeks a Branch Manager in Training to work with current leadership to oversee growth, quality of service, and profitability. You will mentor staff, oversee training and scheduling, and ensure customer satisfaction while managing relationships with clients.

Relocation assistance may be provided as needed to support this role. The position offers a base pay range of $65,000 to $75,000 per year plus bonus opportunities, with five-figure bonuses possible, company vehicle with fuel

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of operations or branch leadership experience.
• Customer-facing and sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Preferred pest control experience or licensure.

Responsibilities

• Mentor branch employees in skills, responsibilities and growth opportunities; train, schedule, curb customer issues and incentives.
• Interact with customers to identify root causes, answer questions, and demonstrate service value.
• Assist Branch Manager in maintaining branch profit and loss and expanding service capabilities.

Overview

In this role as a Branch Manager in Training, you will work alongside current branch leadership to oversee the overall growth and quality of the branch, assist with the management of profit and loss (P&L), the management of employees and customer retention, and ensure the quality of service to our customers is unmatched.

Relocation may be required for this position, and we will assist with relocation accommodations.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• You will mentor all branch employees in skills, responsibilities, and opportunities to grow in their careers. You will build relationships with employees, including but not limited to training, scheduling, customer interaction, discipline, and incentives.


• You will also interact with our customers to help determine the root of their concerns, provide answers to their questions, and demonstrate the value of the services provided.


• You will be assisting the Branch Manager in maintaining profit and loss for the branch to grow financially, while also helping to expand the service type capability of the branch.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer-facing and sales experience


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Excellent time management skills


• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous pest control experience


• Being licensed in pest control

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity


• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.


• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl


• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator


• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
