Job summary

B&B is seeking an HVAC Service Tech to join our team in Missouri. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, while delivering excellent customer service and accurate job documentation.

Requirements include 2+ years of HVAC experience and a valid EPA certification; familiarity with Nexstar or Service Titan is preferred. A company vehicle, tool allowance, and competitive pay are included in a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• Familiar with Nexstar or Service Titan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, or issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation on all jobs and communications with clients.
• Diagnose problems with HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Run service calls to repair or replace parts as necessary.

What You will bring:

• 2+ Years of Residential HVAC service experience
• Familiar with Nexstar, Service Titan (preferred)
• Provide sale metrics
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• EPA Certification (Must Have)
