Job summary

All Service Professionals is seeking an HVAC Selling Tech in Kentucky to diagnose, repair, and replace HVAC components in residential settings. You will stay up-to-date on products and technologies and drive equipment replacements through clear customer communication and teamwork.

The role offers uncapped commissions with a pay range of $65,000 to $140,000+ per year, along with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years HVAC sales and service experience.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems with HVAC equipment in residential settings.
• Stay current on new products and technologies in the field.
• Run service calls – repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for new equipment replacement and communicate with the customer and install team to sell and execute.
• Document and communicate call details to enable follow-up or future jobs.

What you will do:

• Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment in residential settings
