All Service Professionals is seeking an HVAC Selling Tech to join our team in Minnesota. The role offers uncapped commissions with a pay range of $65,000 to $140,000+ per year and full-time status.

Responsibilities include diagnosing HVAC issues in homes, staying current on products, running service calls, and identifying opportunities to replace equipment while communicating with customers and the install team. A valid driver’s license and HVAC certification are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years HVAC sales and service experience.
• HVAC degree or certified tech from trade school.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC problems in residential settings.
• Run service calls and repair/replace parts as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for equipment replacement and sell upgrades.
• Document and communicate call details for follow-up or future jobs.

What you will do:

• Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment in residential settings
• Stay current on new products and technologies in the field
• Run service calls – repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
• Identify opportunities for new equipment replacement – effectively communicate with the customer and install team to build and execute sales of new equipment
• Clearly document and communicate the details of each call to ensure Master Services is able to follow up or execute future jobs as needed

What YOU will bring:

• 2-5 Years HVAC sales and service experience
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid drivers’ license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
