All Service Professionals is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician in Hermantown, MN. The role offers weekly pay and uncapped commission opportunities, with total benefits and a company vehicle included.

You will diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, coordinate with dispatch and installation teams, and participate in on‑call rotations. Requirements include a valid driver's license, 1–5 years of HVAC experience, and an HVAC degree or equivalent training.

• Join the on‑call rotation.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

What YOU will bring as a HVAC Maintenance Technician:

• Valid drivers’ license
• 1 – 5 years HVAC experience preferred
• HVAC degree from a technical/ trade school or equivalent field experience
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors
