Southern Air in Pineville, LA is seeking a motivated trainee to join our HVAC Install team as a full-time helper. You will work alongside experienced installers, assist with residential installations, and gain hands-on training while supporting parts, tools, and on-site logistics.

Ideal candidates are hard-working, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn. The role offers day shifts, a competitive hourly pay rate, and full benefits after probation in a family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience required.
• Hard-working and willing to learn.
• Good communication and customer-service focus.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential HVAC installation.
• Receive hands-on training from senior installers.
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery and installation at the job site.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools as needed.
• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements and manufacturer specs.

What YOU will do:

• Work side-by-side the BEST installers in the industry!
• Receive hands-on-training in residential, light commercial HVAC installation
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Assist to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
