Job summary

Southern Air LLC is seeking an HVAC Installer to join our residential and light commercial installation team in Louisiana. You will work alongside experienced installers and receive hands-on training on site.

Ideal candidates are hard-working, mechanically inclined, and excited about pursuing a career as an HVAC technician. Strong communication with customers is valued and safety standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Hard-working and willing to learn.
• Experience with HVAC systems.
• Enjoy working with your hands and with tools.
• Interested in becoming an HVAC technician.
• Good communicator with a strong customer service focus.
• Mechanically inclined and practical.

Responsibilities

• Work with lead installers to support residential and light commercial HVAC installations.
• Receive hands-on training in installation tasks and safety procedures.
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, and site preparation for installations.
• Operate hand and power tools and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Assist to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements and manufacturer specs.

What You Will Do

• Work side-by-side the BEST installers in the industry!
• Receive hands-on-training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Assist to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
