Job summary

Southern Air in Baton Rouge is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our HVAC Install team. You will work alongside top installers, receive hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC installation, and help with parts, tools, and installation at job sites.

This is a full-time, in-person role with day shift, Monday to Friday. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with company benefits including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with matching,

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems or installation preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on role.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to use hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential HVAC installation alongside experienced installers.
• Help with parts, tools, and delivery at the job site.
• Operate hand and power tools; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Assist to install HVAC equipment per safety standards and manufacturer specs.

What YOU will do:

• Work side-by-side the BEST installers in the industry!
• Receive hands-on-training in residential, light commercial HVAC installation
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Assist to install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
