ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists in Oklahoma seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead local HR functions at our Bartlesville operation.

You will partner with the Corporate HR team to align policies, manage payroll (via Dayforce), recruiting, benefits, leaves, safety, and employee engagement while maintaining confidentiality.

Compensation includes a pay range of $68,000–$73,000 plus an annual bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits, with in-office Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience overseeing Human Resources
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Payroll experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee local HR requirements in partnership with leadership including Performance Management, Employee Relations, Engagement, Recruiting, Safety/Compliance, and payroll changes
• Collaborate with the Corporate HR team to ensure alignment
• Maintain confidentiality of business and personnel information
• Manage local payroll processes in Dayforce
• Handle new hire, termination, and payroll change paperwork for all employees
• Recruit and hire production associates
• Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and Money Community Giving program
• Administer benefits and assist with Open Enrollment
• Lead Leave of Absence administration (FMLA, PLOA, MLOA) and Workers Comp filings
• Support safety program compliance with leadership

Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all local HR requirements in partnership with the leadership team, including Performance Management, Employee Relations, Associate Engagement, Community Giving, Recruiting, Safety/Compliance, and some Payroll and Benefits responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Human Resources team to ensure alignment.
• Maintain confidentiality of business and personnel information.
• Manage local payroll processes in collaboration with the Payroll Manager, utilizing Dayforce for Time and Attendance Programs.
• Handle new hire, termination, and payroll change paperwork for all employees.
• Recruit and hire production associate workers.
• Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and maintain the local Community Giving program.
• Administer benefits, including disseminating benefit packets and assisting with Benefits Open Enrollment
• Responsible for all Leave of Absence administration, including FMLA, PLOA and MLOA, as well as on-site coordinator for Workers Comp filings.
• Assist in the compliance and posting requirements of our safety program with the Leadership Team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably bilingual Spanish
• Minimum of 5 years' of experience overseeing Human Resources
• Minimum of High School Diploma. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• Payroll experience is preferred but not required

COMPENSATION: $68K - $73K Plus Bonus
