Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists in High Point, NC is hiring a Laundry Associate for Monday–Friday, 6am–2:30pm, at $14.50–$15.50 per hour. You will stage loads, run the wash process, keep the work area clean, and shut down equipment at day’s end.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, plus safety-minded independence. We offer weekly pay, health/dental, 401k, PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Shift: Monday - Friday; 6am - 2:30pm

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 hourly

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Staging loads for the washers and dryers
• Promptly working through the wash process, including washing undercorrect formulas and weights
• Cleaning the work area on a daily basis
• Shutting off the boiler, air compressor and water at close of the day

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; must have at least basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Be willing to:
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations
  • Work independently

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment
• Frequentlifting of materials up to 30 pounds
• Associates will be supplied with and required to wear an ImageFirst uniform
• Associates will be provided with eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, andhardhats
