You'll answer inbound calls, assist with scheduling and customer inquiries, provide outstanding service, and help customers find the solutions they need. Your ability to communicate effectively and deliver an exceptional customer experience will directly contribute to our continued success.

What You Bring to the Team

• 2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
• Experience with ServiceTitan or the home services industry is a plus, but not required
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and CRM applications
