CJS Heating Cooling Plumbing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Dayton, OH call center. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide solutions, and document interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.

This role supports maintenance members and prospective customers with professionalism and care. We value clear communication, problem solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced, small-business environment that offers growth opportunities within a larger organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience required.
• 1+ year of Call Center experience preferred.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or in the home services industry is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with MS Word, email and CRM/CMS systems.

Overview

Customer Service Representative – Call Center

Pay: $20/hour

Work Schedule

• M-F 8a - 4:30p
• M-F 10a - 6:30p

Training Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Duration: Approximately 60–90 days

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our Dayton, OH call center team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to our Maintenance Agreement Members and prospective customers by providing solutions, building relationships, and creating a positive customer experience.
