Air Comfort Solutions OKC is seeking a customer service representative to join our in-office team in Moore, OK. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule visits, offer promotions, and follow up on reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.

We value empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication. Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years of customer service, English fluency, and comfort with phone-based selling. Pay ranges from $15 to $20 per hour with full benefits and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of proven success in a customer service role.
• Inbound and outbound call volume experience.
• Comfortable selling services over the phone.
• Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately.
• Commitment to company values and reliability.
• Basic computer skills and punctual attendance.
• Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in English.

Compensation & Hours

• Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Days: Monday - Friday

• Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Location: In-office
