Quaker Digital Academy is seeking a dedicated Bachelor Degree Intervention Specialist to join our team, supporting students in an online learning environment. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field and understanding of IDEA.
Experience delivering IEP services in online or hybrid formats.
Ability to use adaptive technologies and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of 12-24 students with IEP goals.
Provide Special Education services virtually and/or in person as needed per IEP.
Lead IEP meetings and develop/implement IEPs with proper documentation.
Maintain accurate records and monitor progress toward goals.

Part Time from Home - $31.61 per hour as needed

Bachelor Degree Intervention Specialist

Overview:

Manage caseload of average of 12-24 students
Provide Special Education services (virtual and/or face to face) according to IEP
Demonstrate knowledge of adaptive technologies
Facilitate IEP meetings for students
Write and implement IEP
Compile and maintain special education files
Monitor and report progress toward IEP goals and Objectives
Complete all activities required for compliance with IDEA
Maintain accurate records
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of basic computer skills (including Google)
Develop positive relationships with students and colleagues
Keep detailed documentation from conferences
Serve as instructional supervisor for all students assigned through online system
Share in workload of general projects
Lead parent orientations
Participate in staff meetings and conferences
Provides technical support to all employees or subcontractors
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Ohio License in Required Fields
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organization and time-management skills
