Quaker Digital Academy is seeking a dedicated Bachelor Degree Intervention Specialist to join our team, supporting students in an online learning environment. This part-time, work-from-home role offers the chance to provide Special Education services, develop IEPs, and collaborate with families while contributing to a supportive school team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with online education, knowledge of IEP processes, and strong communication skills to engage students and families

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field and understanding of IDEA.
• Experience delivering IEP services in online or hybrid formats.
• Ability to use adaptive technologies and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 12-24 students with IEP goals.
• Provide Special Education services virtually and/or in person as needed per IEP.
• Lead IEP meetings and develop/implement IEPs with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor progress toward goals.
