Job summary

SERVPRO Team Friermuth is seeking a detail‑oriented Job File Coordinator to support customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, and audits. You’ll create preliminary estimates, maintain file documentation, and coordinate with internal teams, customers, and insurance partners, exercising urgency and integrity.

Monday–Friday, on‑site, 8:00am–5:00pm, with competitive hourly pay of $22.00–$25.00 per hour and benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and training

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or office-related experience and business experience.
• Experience in commercial cleaning/restoration or insurance/service industry strongly desired.
• Experience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, courteous and professional tone at all times.
• Ability to stay calm in tense situations and maintain organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to learn new software.

• Review and validate initial field documentation.

Role Overview

As a Job File Coordinator, you’ll perform tasks related to customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, coordination, and job file audits. You’ll create preliminary estimates and job file backup. You’ll work closely with our internal team, customers, and insurance partners, always acting with urgency and integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience and business experience
• Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance/service industry is strongly desired
• Experience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance, a plus
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
• Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software
• Minimum of HSD/GED, Associates/bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug screen subject to applicable law.
