Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalency of education and work experience.
• Minimum of two years recruiting experience.
• Experience marketing program participants to employers.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to referral sources and maintain placement activity records.
• Provide placement assistance and job readiness support.
• Complete progress notes and assess placement readiness.
• Develop and maintain weekly job leads network via email.
• Coordinate with supervisor on challenges and advocacy.
• Administer tax credits to potential employers.
• Conduct screenings, gather references and evaluate qualifications.
• Provide follow-up services to support job retention.
