• Skilled in networking and cultivating lasting relationships with people and businesses.
• Experience using data or market research to guide practice and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Envision, develop, and implement a strategic plan for local placement services to meet participant placement metrics.
• Review employer partnerships, evaluate demand, and leverage relationships with employers.
• Achieve placement goals weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually in line with contracts.
• Research and engage prospective employers matching participants' skills and goals.
• Maintain relationships with existing employer partners.
• Schedule daily prospecting, cold calls, and face-to-face meetings.
• Serve as liaison among employers, participants, and criminal justice partners.
• Screen and match participants to opportunities and tailor resumes.
• Manage caseloads, coach on applying for jobs, and navigate hiring processes.
• Provide placement support in Account Specialist and Full Cycle tracks.
• Document all activities in Salesforce; support site operations.
