Metropolitan Family Services is seeking a full-time Job Developer to engage employers, build partnerships, and guide clients toward sustainable employment in Midway. This role emphasizes community impact, outreach to businesses, and collaboration with career coaches to support job retention.

The position requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage a caseload while traveling between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 7+ years in employer outreach, sales, marketing or related field.
• At least 3+ years of training or demonstrated experience in a related area.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business, Social Science, Communications, or related field (Preferred).
• Mobility to work with community-based caseload.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with employers and agencies to obtain job leads.
• Continuously outreach to job seekers ready for employment.
• Assist with job readiness training and job search.
• Provide employment guidance and create individual employment plans.
• Help clients obtain permanent, unsubsidized jobs in high-demand industries.
• Collaborate with Career Coach to provide retention support.
