Job summary

Forward Service Corporation in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a dedicated Job Developer to connect participants with employment opportunities and strengthen relationships with local employers.

You will coach job seekers, review resumes, conduct mock interviews, and align opportunities with participants' goals, while collaborating with case managers and community partners to support long‑term career success under FSC's Transition to Success framework.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in workforce development, job development, recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, case management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, networking, coaching, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining documentation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the service area as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local employers to identify employment, internship, and work experience opportunities for participants.
• Prepare participants for career success through job search coaching, resume reviews, mock interviews, and by matching them with employment opportunities that fit their skills and career goals.

Position: Job Developer

As a Job Developer, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals achieve meaningful employment while strengthening relationships with local employers. You'll connect participants with career opportunities that align with their goals, collaborate with community partners, and support long-term employment success through Forward Service Corporation's Transition to Success (TTS) framework.

Position Overview – Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local employers to identify employment, internship, and work experience opportunities for participants.
