Job summary

Autism Center of Nebraska, Inc. in Fremont seeks a motivated Job Coach to support individuals in securing and maintaining community employment. You will work in our Connections Department, building relationships with employers and clients while coordinating on-site supports.

Responsibilities include orientation, coaching on the job, problem solving, and social skills instruction; must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation; background checks apply. Full-time benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites.
• Background checks and reference checks are required.

We are currently hiring Job Coach to work in our Connections Department.Our Job Coaches at ACN work with individuals, some who experience autism and other developmental disabilities. Job Coaches work with our individuals to find the job that best fits them.
