The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, documentation, and advocacy, with a focus on translating support into natural workplace cues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Experience in industrial or service-related work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one job coaching and on-site support.
• Orient participants to work sites and community settings.
• Teach self-management and independent living skills.
• Deliver transportation and mobility training.
• Develop, implement, and adjust training plans.
• Conduct task analyses and identify effective learning strategies.
• Train participants in job duties using safe, structured techniques.
• Assist with tasks until accommodations are established.
• Track and document participant progress and maintain reports.
• Collaborate with Case Managers and teams.
