Job summary

Entrust Community Services in Washington state seeks a Placement Specialist to implement IPPs, conduct intake, assess participants, and develop training plans aligned with goals.

You will build and maintain employer and business accounts, coordinate job coaching, and ensure compliance with laws while advocating for participants. This role requires strong communication and the ability to work in a team to create meaningful employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years sales/marketing experience.
• One year human services experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake, assessments, and develop IPPs and training plans aligned with individual goals.
• Facilitate ISP/IPP meetings and collaborate with families, funding agencies, and service providers.
• Maintain accurate participant files and enter service hours in Setworks and CMIS on schedule.
• Educate employers on effective support, supervision, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate service coverage and advocate for participant rights and opportunities.
