ACCESS COMMUNITY CARE (ACC) is hiring a job coach to provide on-site, one-on-one coaching to adults with disabilities in various work environments. You will help clients stay on task, communicate with employers, and complete timely documentation, while collaborating with employers to create a supportive workplace.

ACC is dedicated to helping people with disabilities maintain meaningful employment within their communities by providing one-on-one coaching at their place of employment.

As a job coach you will work one-on-one with a small caseload of adults and support them in their jobs in a multitude of working environments. You will go home at the end of the day knowing that you helped your clients succeed, made a difference in their life, and helped them grow their skills.
