Job summary

Capabilities-3 is seeking a Job Coach to work with individuals with disabilities at their job site, helping them learn the skills needed to become independent and successful on the job. You will build positive relationships with clients, their families, support teams and employers, and support them to learn new skills, gain confidence, and grow professionally.

The role includes paid training and benefits such as medical, vision and dental insurance, a 401k with employer match, PTO and paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate a company-issued laptop.
• Clean driving record and willingness to transport clients in company vehicles.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.

A Job Coach works with individuals with disabilities at their job site to help them learn the skills necessary to become independent at their job.

REQUIREMENTS
