Job summary

Linwood Center in Maryland is hiring a Job Coach to work directly with individuals in community-based employment settings, providing hands-on guidance and encouragement to help them succeed. You’ll be part of a collaborative team with supervisor support and opportunities to grow professionally.

Responsibilities include coaching at job sites, developing vocational and life skills, supporting community integration, transportation assistance, and thorough documentation.

• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
