Southern Oregon Aspire, Inc. in Grants Pass, Oregon is seeking a Job Coach to support adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities in gaining employment skills and confidence.

The role offers paid training, a range of schedules, and benefits through a nonprofit, community-focused program. You will coach and mentor individuals, build supportive relationships with teammates, and provide excellent service to local businesses, helping participants succeed in their careers.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Current Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 65 pounds
• Be 18 years or older
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

We are hiring a Job Coachfor our Janitorial/Landscape program, starting at $20.00/hr.

Train, coach, and mentor teams who are providing valuable services in the community. Our fully paid training will give you all the skills you need to make a vital difference in the lives of Individuals with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities.

Successful applicants will:
