Job summary

Southern Oregon Aspire in Grants Pass, Oregon is seeking a Job Coach to support adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities in achieving meaningful employment. Starting wage is $20.00/hr with fully paid training and comprehensive benefits.

You will coach, mentor, and lead individuals to gain confidence and job skills, while building relationships and delivering excellent service to local employers. We offer paid time off, shift differentials, retirement plan matching, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Comfortable navigating computers and tablets.

We are hiring a Job Coachfor our Janitorial/Landscape program, starting at $20.00/hr.

Train, coach, and mentor teams who are providing valuable services in the community. Our fully paid training will give you all the skills you need to make a vital difference in the lives of Individuals with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities.

Successful applicants will:
