Job summary

Community Access Services in Hood River, OR is hiring a Full-Time Job Coach to support adults with IDD as they pursue competitive employment in the community. Training will be provided, and no prior Job Coach experience is required.

Responsibilities include coaching, fostering independence, documenting progress, and collaborating with employers to promote long-term employment success. Earn hourly pay with a $1,000 hiring bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, education, coaching, human services, or direct support is helpful but not required.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with ability to become an approved company driver.
• Ability to pass a national background check.

Job Title: Job Coach (Full-Time)

Location: Hood River, OR

Pay: $21.75–$22.75 per hour (DOE) + $1,000 Hiring Bonus

Community Access Services (CAS) is hiring a Full-Time Job Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) as they gain confidence and succeed in competitive employment throughout the community.
