Job summary

Green Chimneys in Brewster, MA seeks a Job Coach to supervise students in and outside the agency, helping them refine employability skills and perform work duties. The role may be one-on-one or in small groups, focusing on both task training and essential interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities include supporting students with tasks, promoting learning, and adapting to each student’s needs. A driver’s license is required; two years’ experience with adolescent students is preferred.

Qualifications

Starting Salary:

$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, with avariable schedule based on students’ needs.Hours can range from 9a-5p/10a-6p/11a-7p; ability to be flexible withone’s schedule is required
