Job summary

Myers Davis Life Coaching Inc is seeking an Assistant Teacher/Job Coach to support high school students with disabilities in developing employment readiness and independent living skills through hands-on learning.

This role blends classroom support with real-world job coaching in a community-based setting. You will help students build confidence, teamwork, time management, and communication while partnering with instructional staff and community employers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Job Coach Certification can be obtained after employment.
• Minimum one year of experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to pass drug and background screenings.
• Experience in special education, workforce development, vocational training, transition or job coaching services.
• Knowledge of positive behavior supports and instructional strategies.

Responsibilities
