Job summary

Green Chimneys in Brewster, NY seeks a Job Coach to supervise students in and outside the agency, helping them refine employability skills and learn respective duties. You’ll support individuals one-on-one or in small groups to build job tasks and essential workplace interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• The Job Coach will provide students with direct supervision both in and outside of the agency in order to refine their employability skills.
• They will be responsible for helping students learn, accommodate to and perform work duties.
• In addition to working on skills related to performing specific job tasks, the Job Coach will help students acquire the necessary interpersonal skills that will be essential in all working environments.

Starting Salary:

$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, with avariable schedule based on students’ needs.Hours can range from 9a-5p/10a-6p/11a-7p; ability to be flexible withone’s schedule is required
