Job summary

Empower Ability LLC is seeking a part-time Job Coach to support individuals in building job readiness and achieving employment goals. The role focuses on direct coaching, helping clients develop workplace skills and confidence for real-world employment.

You will provide on-site guidance, track progress, document outcomes, and collaborate with partners to ensure consistent support and successful job placement readiness in a compassionate, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to coach and support individuals with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain expectations clearly and respectfully.
• Experience working in a direct-support, mentoring, or coaching role (or equivalent practical experience).
• Reliable presence and time management skills in an on-site work environment.
• Comfort working with diverse individuals and adapting support to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Support participants with task instruction, performance feedback, and goal tracking

Compensation

Hourly rate: $25
