Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an Architectural Project Manager in Fort Washington, PA. This full-time, 12-month contract role involves leading design initiatives, coordinating with design and engineering teams, and managing cross-functional project timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in related work, 2+ years of people or project management, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Excel and Word. A Bachelor of Architecture is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent vocational/technical certification.
• Software – AutoCAD, Excel, Word.
• Architectural and construction knowledge.
• Project and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Architectural Operations Team with New Technology Projects Discovery and Design Phases.
• Assist Design Team in Creation/Evaluation of Design Initiatives including new options, styles and details.
• Manage multiple project teams/ outside consultants.
• Collaborate with counterparts in other groups such as design and engineering.
• Perform project management and quality control.
• Responsible for meeting project deadlines, budget and quality standards.
• Oversee projects including new construction documents.
• Ability to manage cross-functional and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Plan and prioritize with detail orientation and time management.

Architectural Project Manager

Position Type: Full-Time, Contract Duration: 12 Months, Location: Fort Washington, PA

As an Architectural Project Manager, you will:

• Assist Architectural Operations Team with New Technology Projects Discovery and Design Phases.
• Assisting Design Team in Creation/Evaluation of Design Initiatives Including New Options, Styles and Details.

Pay Range*: $50 - $55per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
