Job summary

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Assembler in Bohemia, NY 11716. This is a full-time, 6-month contract with potential to hire. Shift is Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

You will work on building lights for commercial aircraft and read blueprints as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of assembly experience, ability to use a torque wrench, and fluent English for instructions. Overtime may be required.

• 1-3 years assembly experience.
• Able to use small tools such as a torque wrench.
• Instructions are written in English on method sheets.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures quickly.
• Must speak and read English fluently.

• Line works off takt time to meet production needs.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Job Description

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and schematics is a plus.
• Will be working on building lights for Commercial aircrafts.
• Line works off of Tact Time for tracking purposes and to make sure production needs are being met.
• Must be able to work overtime.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma /(GED).
• 1-3 years prior assembly experience.
• Able to use small tools i.e. torque wrench.
• Instructions are given off of method sheet's that are written in English.
• Can follow instructions and procedures, as well as work quickly.
• Must be able to speak and read English fluently.

Pay Range and Benefits
