Job summary

AM General seeks a Test Site Field Service Supervisor for the JLTV project to direct field service personnel across multiple sites, coordinating testing, repairs, and scheduling to meet contract obligations.

This senior role requires strong communication, program management, and travel readiness, with experience in government test sites and familiarity with SAP, Teamcenter, and Microsoft Office. Clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field service operations and managing multiple sites.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting.
• Ability to obtain/hold U.S. Government clearance or CAC.
• Background in JLTV or similar military vehicle maintenance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to field service personnel at multiple sites.
• Interact with customers and develop reports on vehicle testing, repairs, and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain quality processes and continual improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate direct reports to ensure consistency and quality of support.
• Mentor and train Field Service Representatives; lead integrated project teams.
