Job summary

AM General LLC seeks skilled Field Service Representatives with extensive automotive knowledge of JLTV and HMMWV to support testing, maintenance, and training for government and military customers worldwide.

You will provide field service, troubleshooting, and warranty support across CONUS/OCONUS locations, traveling as required and collaborating with engineering and QA teams to ensure mission readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; automotive tech training is a plus.
• Five years of automotive experience or an automotive vocational degree is preferred.
• ASE certifications are a plus and helpful for field service.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service support for JLTV and HMMWV vehicle programs worldwide.
• Attend training and perform testing, maintenance, and warranty support as needed.
• Prepare detailed field service reports and communicate program status.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on component issues.
• Travel up to CONUS/OCONUS locations, including day and night shifts.
