Job summary

AM General is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead and coordinate a multi-site team supporting JLTV testing and field operations across CONUS/OCONUS locations.

The role requires strong leadership, program management, and ability to travel up to 50% with extensive collaboration with government personnel, engineering, and operations to ensure contract deliverables, quality, and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Automotive vocational degree or 5+ years automotive technical experience; ASE certs are a plus.
• Strong leadership and management experience in field service operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to CONUS/OCONUS and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, SAP, and related enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to Field Service Personnel at multiple locations.
• Develop and maintain quality processes and continual improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and train Field Service Representatives; evaluate performance.
• Coordinate with Government test personnel and Joint Program Office to meet contractual obligations.
• Prepare reports on program execution and quality control.
