Job summary

AM General LLC is seeking a Test Site Field Service Supervisor for JLTV in Aberdeen, MD. This on-site role leads field service personnel across multiple locations, aligning with contract requirements and customer needs.

You will coordinate vehicle testing and maintenance, develop quality processes, provide evaluations, and mentor staff. Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS is required, and eligibility for US government clearance is a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years management experience in field service operations.
• Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS for extended periods.
• Must be able to obtain US Government clearance/CAC.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Field Service Personnel at multiple locations.
• Develop reports on vehicle testing, repairs, scheduling, and staffing.
• Maintain quality processes and continual improvement for test support.
• Mentor and train Field Service Representatives.
• Serve as SME for JLTV tooling and maintenance procedures.
