Job summary

AM General LLC seeks skilled Field Service Representatives with extensive JLTV and HMMWV automotive knowledge to support testing, maintenance, and training for U.S. government and allied customers worldwide.

Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations will be required to provide field service support, training, and reliable diagnostic services while coordinating with engineering and customer teams to ensure mission readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Automotive vocational degree or five years automotive technical experience preferred.
• ASE certifications a plus and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service support for JLTV and HMMWV programs worldwide.
• Train customers and assist engineering during testing at test sites.
• Prepare detailed field service reports and status updates.
• Respond to technical inquiries and ensure mission readiness.
• Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations as required.
