Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a dedicated BJJ program manager to oversee club location operations, coordinate youth and adult programs, and drive improvements across classes and events.

You will promote private lessons, organize in-house tournaments, and ensure belt promotion integrity while collaborating with fellow instructors to maintain UFC GYM standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum purple belt or higher in BJJ.
• BJJ Belt Certificate.
• BJJ lineage verification.
• Grappling tournament experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with the BJJ program at the club location.
• Coordinate UFC GYM BJJ Youth and Adult programs.
• Track BJJ Program/classes and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Assist with selling BJJ small group Private lessons and/or 1 on 1 sessions.
• Organize and promote UFC GYM BJJ in house events, tournaments and seminars.
• Organize and promote UFC GYM BJJ belt promotions ensuring instructors are following the stripe and belt promotion system.
• Issue stripes to students that qualify and recommend students that are ready to test.
• Attend the monthly meetings and conference calls.
• Collaborate with the other UFC GYM BJJ instructors to maintain the integrity of the UFC GYM BJJ program.
