Job summary

UFC GYM in Miami is seeking a dedicated Private Trainer to empower members through results-driven private MMA and fitness sessions.

You will assess clients, design tailored programs, and supervise workouts in a fast-paced gym environment. The role requires deep private training knowledge, clear communication, and relevant certifications or fight background. We offer competitive pay and growth in a vibrant UFC-branded community.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to instruct clearly.
• Certification and/or Pro-Am fight background preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Lead safe and effective private MMA training sessions.

• Assist in all revenue generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Communicates clearly and concisely.
• Certification and/or Pro-Am fight background.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
