Job summary

A fitness center in Hendersonville seeks a qualified BJJ program manager to oversee youth and adult classes. Ideal candidates will hold a minimum Purple belt and have a strong background in grappling tournaments. This role includes promoting events, managing instructor compliance, and organizing classes. Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum of a Purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
• Certification must be verified.
• Preferred to have a tournament record in grappling.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with the BJJ program at the club location.
• Coordinate UFC GYM BJJ Youth and Adult programs.
• Track classes and recommend improvements.
• Assist in selling BJJ small group lessons.
• Promote in-house events and tournaments.
• Organize belt promotions ensuring compliance.
• Issue qualifying stripes to students.
• Attend monthly meetings.
• Collaborate with other instructors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with the BJJ program at the club location
• Responsible for coordinating UFC GYM BJJ Youth and Adult programs
• Track BJJ Program/classes and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement
• Assist with selling BJJ small group Private lessons and or 1 on 1 sessions
• Organize and promote UFC GYM BJJ in house events, tournaments and seminars
• Organize and promote UFC GYM BJJ belt promotions ensuring instructors are following the stripe and belt promotion system
• Issue stripes to students that qualify and recommend students that are ready to test
• Attend the monthly meetings and conference calls
• Collaborate with the other UFC GYM BJJ instructors to maintain the integrity of the UFC GYM BJJ program
