Job summary

UFC GYM in San Diego seeks an experienced BJJ Program Coordinator to manage the club's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu activities. You will oversee Youth and Adult programs, track classes, and collaborate with instructors to improve offerings and member engagement.

Responsibilities include organizing events, promoting belt promotions, coordinating competitions, and driving enrollment through private sessions and group classes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Purple belt or higher.
• BJJ Belt Certificate required.
• BJJ lineage verification required.
• Grappling tournament record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with the BJJ program at the club location.
• Coordinate UFC GYM BJJ Youth and Adult programs.
• Track BJJ Program/classes and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Assist with selling BJJ private lessons and/or 1 on 1 sessions.
• Organize and promote UFC GYM BJJ in-house events, tournaments and seminars.
• Ensure belt promotions follow the stripe and belt promotion system.
• Issue stripes to qualifying students and recommend testing readiness.
• Attend monthly meetings and conference calls.
• Collaborate with other UFC GYM BJJ instructors to maintain program integrity.
