UFC GYM in Miami is seeking a qualified BJJ Program Manager to lead the club's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu youth and adult offerings. You will coordinate classes, belts, events, and cross‑instructor collaboration to grow a strong, engaging program.

Responsibilities include organizing in-house events, promotions, and ongoing training while ensuring program integrity across all levels. Purple belt or higher and belt certs are required.

Qualifications

• Purple belt or higher with BJJ belt certificate.
• Verified BJJ lineage and belt history.
• Grappling tournament experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with the BJJ program at the club location.
• Coordinate UFC GYM BJJ Youth and Adult programs.
• Track BJJ classes and recommend improvements.
• Promote and sell BJJ private or small group lessons.
• Organize in-house BJJ events, tournaments, and seminars.
• Oversee belt promotions and ensure stripe/belt testing integrity.
• Issue stripes to qualifying students and recommend tests.
• Attend monthly meetings and conference calls.
• Collaborate with instructors to maintain program integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with the BJJ program at the club location
• Responsible for coordinating UFC GYM BJJ Youth and Adult programs
• Track BJJ Program/classes and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement
• Assist with selling BJJ small group Private lessons and or 1 on 1 sessions
• Organize and promote UFC GYM BJJ in house events, tournaments and seminars
• Organize and promote UFC GYM BJJ belt promotions ensuring instructors are following the stripe and belt promotion system
• Issue stripes to students that qualify and recommend students that are ready to test
• Attend the monthly meetings and conference calls
• Collaborate with the other UFC GYM BJJ instructors to maintain the integrity of the UFC GYM BJJ program
