Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Minimum five years of experience with two years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the receipt and storage of equipment, materials, merchandise, and similar items.
• Recruit and interview Stockroom employees; manage turnover and succession plans.
• Coach and mentor staff to deliver excellence to customers.
• Drive performance through setting goals and monitoring operational metrics.
• Coordinate large teams and maintain stock records; ensure safety and security policies.
