Job summary

Watts is seeking an action‑oriented inventory/parts handler at the Franklin, NH facility. You will deliver parts to the production floor just‑in‑time, manage Kanban and PFEP processes, and maintain accurate cycle counts.

The role requires basic math, computer literacy, and the ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include assisting with shipping/receiving, supporting line operations, and adhering to safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years inventory control experience.
• Proficient in use of computer and data-based systems.
• Must be able to obtain a tow motor license and operate all tow motors.
• Proficient in math skills and scale operations.
• Understanding of safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to the production floor in a JIT manner.
• Manage Kanban Cards and PFEP for assigned areas.
• Perform and audit production transactions and cycle counts.
• Ensure inventory accuracy across all materials warehouse locations.
• Operate FIFO material handling and tow motors as needed.
• Support shipping/receiving in the materials department.
