Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking an on-site Inventory Associate at our Franklin, NH facility to ensure timely delivery of parts to production using PFEP and Kanban. You will support cycle counts, FIFO handling, and inventory accuracy, while maintaining safety and adherence to company standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years in inventory control or process flow manufacturing, and the ability to operate tow motors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ years in inventory control or process flow manufacturing.
• Must be able to obtain and operate tow motors within the plant.
• Proficient with computers and data-based systems; basic math skills essential.
• Understanding of PFEP and Kanban, FIFO handling, cycle counts.
• Ability to work on-site at the Franklin, NH facility and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to production floor; manage Kanban cards and PFEP usage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; perform cycle counts and audits.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and FIFO material handling.
• Support shipping/receiving in the materials department as needed.
• Uphold safety rules; wear PPE and report any injuries immediately.
• Demonstrate flexibility for overtime or shift coverage when required.
